Job summary

A leading international construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer for the Monklands Hospital Replacement Project in Glasgow. This role involves utilizing a digital engineering model, ensuring compliance with project procedures, and managing the quality of engineering methods. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and approximately 8 years of experience in a civil engineering capacity. This position offers the opportunity to work on a landmark project aimed at delivering Scotland's first fully digital and net zero carbon hospital.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a construction delivery environment.
• Circa 8 years' experience in a Civil Engineering capacity.
• Structures experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilise a Digital Engineering model to create Visual Method Statements.
• Ensure compliance with management procedures on projects.
• Determine methods of dimensional control and setting out data.
• Produce and approve method statements and risk assessments.
