Job summary
A leading tax solutions provider is seeking Tax Experts to assist clients in completing their taxes using TurboTax. This remote role requires a minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience and an active credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be available for at least 20 hours a week. Competitive compensation with performance rewards is offered.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Must possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full service return preparation.
- Interact with customers via video communication software.
