Job summary
A contemporary visual arts gallery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant. This part-time role involves handling essential admin and finance tasks, supporting financial processes, and preparing for meetings. The new team aims to engage communities across Carmarthenshire through exceptional contemporary art and design. Suitable candidates should be prepared to assist with Board-related tasks in a dynamic environment.

Oriel Myrddin, Carmarthenshire’s centre for contemporary visual art, craft and design is recruiting for a Finance and Administration Assistant.
The Finance and Administration Assistant at Oriel Myrddin will help keep the gallery running smoothly by handling a range of admin and finance tasks.
Working closely with the Gallery Director, they’ll take care of day‑to‑day office duties, support financial processes, help prepare for meetings, and assist with tasks related to the Board.
This is an exciting time for Oriel Myrddin with a new team coming together to engage communities across Carmarthenshire and beyond in excellent contemporary visual art, craft and design.
We are also proud to be a partner venue in CELF, the national contemporary art gallery for Wales project accessing the national collections of Amgueddfa Cymru and The National Library of Wales.
Part‑time, with 7.5 to 10 hours on offer.
