A Wales-based company is seeking a Systems Safety Engineering Graduate for a 22-month program that combines engineering assurance and safety management. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree and understand the importance of safety regulations. This role offers hybrid working opportunities and is targeted at recent graduates available by September 2026. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and may undergo a Personal Track Safety Medical. Applicants should be enthusiastic and eager to contribute to the team's values.
This role will have the opportunity for hybrid and flexible working, with a requirement to work on site as required.

The Systems Safety Engineering Graduate will undertake a 22-month defined programme that blends engineering assurance, system safety assurance, engineering management and industry experience.
Please include all your relevant qualifications, particularly those listed in the essential and desirable criteria for the role. We may not be able to consider your application otherwise.
Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
You will be required to undertake a Personal Track Safety Medical to determine fitness for the role.
Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.
We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
