Job summary

A leading social services provider is seeking skilled Social Workers to join their team in North Wales. This role offers a long-term contract of up to 6 months with a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in managing your own diary while working closely with a dedicated team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and advocating for service users to ensure they receive person-centred care. This position requires a social work qualification and registration to practice in Wales.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Social Workers to join a stable and well run Assessment Team in North Wales. 3 days in the office applies as the team work closely together to foster support and work as a collective.

Long Contract available to see you past Christmas and New Year - with 6 months on offer (subject to renewal)!

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals across all age ranges and be comfortable with a case‑load of S47s.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals from health, education, housing, and other key sectors to ensure integrated, person‑centred care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Offer early intervention, crisis support, and long‑term planning for vulnerable individuals.
  • Advocate for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and they are empowered to make informed decisions.
