We are conducting a nationwide research initiative to improve nursing workflows, onboarding processes, and digital tools in the UK care sector. As an experienced nurse, your real‑world insights are essential for benchmarking best practices and designing future‑ready senior care solutions.

You will participate in a 1‑on‑1 remote session (video/phone) where you’ll:

• Discuss your daily work‑life as a nurse in a UK nursing home — your routines, tasks, and challenges.
• Evaluate nursing scenarios that reflect typical workflows and resident care situations in elderly care.
• Help us benchmark practices by explaining how specific situations (e.g., managing residents with dementia, medication rounds, coordinating with families) are handled in your facility.
• Co‑create realistic care scenarios with our team based on your experience (e.g., new resident admission, end‑of‑life care discussions, managing challenging behaviours).
• Provide feedback on system processes, communication gaps, and digital needs within the senior care environment.

We’re looking for registered nurses currently working in UK nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or other senior care settings, who have:

• At least 1 year of professional experience
• A deep understanding of daily nursing tasks, team coordination, and care delivery for long‑term residents.
• A willingness to openly share experiences and suggestions.
• Availability for remote participation (via Zoom or phone).

• Session Length: 1 hour
• Interview Type: 1‑on‑1 (Remote)
• Project Duration: Ongoing for the next 1–3 months (you can participate once or multiple times)
