Role Overview
We’re seeking a Paid Growth / User Acquisition Specialist who can own, optimise, and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and more.
You’ll turn top-performing creative into high-ROI campaigns, run experiments weekly, and play a key role in hitting our trial→paid and CAC goals.
This is a hands‑on performance role: building campaigns, analysing data, running experiments, and collaborating tightly with the creative team to scale what works.
- Data‑driven, analytical, and obsessed with optimisation.
- Creative enough to understand what makes an ad convert.
- A natural experimenter – testing, learning, iterating weekly.
- Experienced in scaling paid channels efficiently.
- Comfortable owning the performance dashboard & reporting, and relaying this to the team.
Objectives
Acquisition Efficiency
- Reduce CAC across key channels.
- Increase trial → paid conversion from paid traffic.
Scaling
- Identify winning creatives and scale them safely.
- Build repeatable campaign structures for predictable growth.
Experimentation
- Run weekly A/B tests around creative, audiences, messaging, landing flows.
- Document learnings and push winners into standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimise all paid ads across Meta, YouTube, Google, and others.
- Translate creative assets into high‑performing paid campaigns.
- Report performance (CAC, ROAS, trial conversions, retention insights).
- Manage budgets responsibly and strategically.
- Build a performance dashboard in GA4 / Mixpanel / Looker.
- Identify new channels and opportunities (Reddit, TikTok, creator UGC).
- Collaborate tightly with Growth on overall funnel efficiency.
- Align paid efforts with CRM, social, and product marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta + YouTube at meaningful spend levels.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution, funnel metrics.
- Experience running structured experiments and A/B tests.
- Ability to analyse performance data and make optimisation decisions quickly.
- Comfort working with creative teams to iterate on winning formats.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, AI tools, DAWs, or creator software.
- Understanding of sound/video creator audiences.
- Experience blending paid + UGC strategies.
