The role will be responsible for the Project Management of the Commissioning process from the project’s commencement to its closure, coordinating stakeholders, general contractors, commissioning agents, and architects/engineering consultants. The role supports multiple projects of various sizes and stages and may require significant international travel to Finland.

• Design: review designs at key stages, attend design page turns, review specification commissioning clauses and support drafting.
• Procurement: review tender documents and trade packages to ensure suitability for commissioning requirements, review fee proposals and trade contractor tender returns for compliance.
• Meetings: attend and chair quality kick‑off, daily startup, weekly commissioning, weekly quality, progress, site MEP coordination, pull‑planning, first‑of‑kind, preparatory, design review, and other coordinator level meetings.
• Reporting: generate commissioning dashboards, provide data for monthly DC status reports, and facilitate transfer of lessons learned between site teams.

• In‑depth understanding of large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines.
• Experience on data centre new‑build and refurbishment projects, preferably hyperscale builds.
• Willingness to commit to significant international travel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
