Revit Proficient Technician/Technologist – Manchester +
Job summary
A leading architecture firm is seeking a Technician/Technologist to support project development from RIBA Stage 4. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and preferably a UK driving license. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to become part of a dynamic team. The position offers competitive compensation based on skill level and experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience.
- Experience attending site meetings is advantageous.
- Ability to work well within an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop project information from RIBA Stage 4.
- Coordinate project information amongst the design team.
- Liaise directly with contractors and subcontractor teams.
- Attend design team meetings and update working drawing packs.
Skills
We are looking for a talented, motivated and dynamic individual to join the Harris Team as a Technician/Technologist in our Manchester studio with a minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience and with experience of attending site meetings would be advantageous, though not essential.
- Support and develop detailed project information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
- Coordinate day to day project information amongst the design team.
- Liaise directly with main contractors and associated sub-contractor teams.
- Attend design team meetings and continue to update and issue working drawing packs of information.
- Experience in both Revit and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work well within an experienced team to deliver high quality projects.
- A UK driving license is preferred due to projects located throughout the UK.
Salary and employment package will be based on both skill level and experience.
