Job summary
A logistics company in York and North Yorkshire is seeking self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers. The role involves driving safely, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to vehicle care responsibilities. - Weekly service payments: two weeks in hand, first payment after 14 days.
- Van fully insured and provided; fuel commutes covered.
- Two‑day on‑road training with full pay (ride‑alongs). Training payment applies to drivers who work more than 28 routes.

- Full UK or EU driving licence with no more than 3 points and no active citations (CD, DD, DR, IN10, DG10, DR80, MS50, UT50, TT99).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Good spoken and written English.
Fixed pay of £120 per day.
Bonus £1 per stop for over 80 stops (based on area). Bonus £1 per stop for over 100 stops (based on area).
Peak rate: From 2/11/25 to 24/12/25 – £135 per day normal route; £140 per day for 7 days working if performance scores of 99% achieved.
