We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a permanent basis. You’ll have exposure to modern tools like Ashby, Metaview, and ChatGPT, and join a collaborative team that’s redefining how we attract and hire top talent across Europe.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trainline you will... 🚄
  • Source and hire top talent across our Corporate & Commercial teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, sales, HR and more)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to design inclusive, efficient and high‑quality hiring processes, bringing your market knowledge and data insights to the table.

  • Run structured hiring kick‑offs, syncs, and debriefs, helping teams iterate and improve their approach to hiring top talent.

  • Drive candidate experience excellence, using insights and feedback to implement improvements that enhance our brand and reputation.

  • Use Ashby, Metaview and enterprise AI tooling (ChatGPT and Copilot) to automate and optimise workflows, improve funnel conversion and improve efficiency.

  • Champion inclusive hiring practices, ensuring our values and DEI commitments are built into every stage of the process.

  • Contribute to employer branding opportunities, events or community partnerships to elevate Trainline’s presence in the tech hiring landscape.
