Job summary
A well-established organization in the food manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for its Dungannon site. In this role, you'll provide first-line HR support, manage absence cases, and enhance employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, particularly in employee relations and absence management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. A CIPD qualification is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including an early finish on Fridays.
