- Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes across our bistro and à la carte menus.
- Take charge of your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
- Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
