  • Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes across our bistro and à la carte menus.
  • Take charge of your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
  • Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
  • Help to train and mentor junior chefs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
