A leading luxury elderly care provider is seeking a warm and dedicated Deputy Manager - RGN for their Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. Your focus as Care Home Deputy Manager will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person‑centred care home which provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, whilst meeting stringent professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets.
