Priory Supported Living Site in Worcester is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a full‑time 40hr role with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour.
Shifts include 09:00‑23:00 and 23:00‑09:00 (one 2‑sleep shift per week).
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our residents’ wellbeing. You will support a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Senior Support Worker you play a key part in recovery, assisting qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate residents’ wellbeing, dignity and treatment.
Resilience, natural empathy and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience with person‑centred care, good communication skills and a willingness to support others through both highs and lows. You should be resilient, enjoy diversity and have a strong desire to grow into a leader or qualified clinical position.
