Role Overview
Location: Osterley, Greater London
Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE
Working Hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent full time
What you'll do
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across assigned locations within the Sky Spaces Osterley Campus, ensuring maintenance activities and physical spaces are safe, functional and meet SLA/KPI standards.
- Manage locker requests and updating the My Locker app.
- Maintain stationary and consumable supplies inventory for assigned locations.
- Assist with compliance to policies, SOPs/SDPs, safe working practices and best practice, liaising closely with the customer.
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are compliant and support action plans to address shortfalls.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as a representative of EMCOR UK, follow up on assigned actions and communicate updates to relevant parties.
- Engage closely with colleagues, the customer and supply chain partners to run assigned locations smoothly.
- Provide supply‑chain partner coordination and support non‑technical Sky Spaces contractors where appropriate.
- Maintain awareness of PPM and SI schedules, ensuring work is conducted smoothly with minimal impact to stakeholders and end users.
- Promote the image of EMCOR UK and Sky Spaces, maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers and external parties.
- Complete required training within target timescales and adhere to EMCOR UK’s code of conduct and values.
Who you'll be
- Previous experience in high‑end facilities management roles across multiple locations.
- Experience in media and broadcast environments advantageous.
- Good knowledge of building operations and associated guidelines.
- Experienced Facilities Coordinator in business‑critical operational environments.
- Demonstrable knowledge of statutory regulations, current legislation and mandatory standards relating to safe working practices.
- Excellent organisational and people skills.
- Competent in the use of MS Office programs to produce written reports, tracking spreadsheets and presentations.
