The role involves leading a team of Retail Supervisors, driving store performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least 2 years of leadership experience in luxury or premium retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for sales. Whether its leading floor walks with some of the UK's biggest luxury brands, working with our head office teams to manage your store's stock package or running training sessions to increase your team's product knowledge, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee a team of Retail Supervisors and Sales Advisors within your store, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth.
This is a full time permanent contract of 45h per week working 5 days over 7, including evening and weekend work. We are looking for full flexibility across the working week.
