Sales & Customer Service Representative

£25,877 - £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus per annum.

Permanent, Full Time

37.5 hours a week: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am - 12:30pm.

The Insurance Sales Agent role is fast‑paced, customer‑focused, within an inbound sales environment that promotes teamwork and positivity.

• Quote and close new or renewal business enquiries.
• Build and maintain long‑standing client relationships.
• Amend customer policies, payments and schedules.
• Retain existing clients at renewal.
• Support customers with policy amendments.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Provide excellent rapport‑building skills.
• Handle sensitive information and follow data protection principles.
• Adhere to FCA guidelines.
• Promote the brand in a professional manner.
