Role

Executive search requires a high level of market research and market mapping to provide clients with exceptional service and guidance. The role of an executive search consultant is to assist in the search for top‑tier candidates for your clients, using a range of methods to source and headhunt individuals that may be suitable for a role, presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates to clients, and negotiating the best arrangement. It requires strong relationship building with both candidates and clients, in order to deliver the best possible service. You will also be attending client meetings to gather knowledge of what a client requires, paying attention to detail is key to fulfilling the role to a high standard.
