Your Current Location \*Select countryLocation \*Select country# Assistant Manager – EV Safety @Royal EnfieldNovember 21, 2025### Job DescriptionJob description Job Requirements Functional Safety Analysis: Lead and participate in safety analyses such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) to identify potential safety issues in vehicle systems and components.Design and Development: Collaborate with design, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to integrate safety requirements into the vehicles architecture and component design. This includes systems like the battery management system (BMS), high-voltage circuits, charging systems, and thermal management.Compliance and Regulations: Stay current with and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508, and standards from organizations like SAE, NHTSA, and UN/ECE).Testing and Validation: Develop and execute safety-related test plans to validate system safety.
