- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience investigating discrepancies.
- Familiarity with PMS, Helix, or similar systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record and allocate payments, adjustments, and refunds in our Practice Management System (PMS).
- Reconcile receipts, refunds, and credits to invoices.
- Investigate unidentified receipts and assist with correct allocation into ERP and PMS systems.
- Respond to finance queries via the shared mailbox.
- Process approved discounts and cheques, and manage banking stationery.
- Support monthly reconciliations and contribute to annual external audits.
- Provide training to clinics on payment processing and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain confidentiality in all financial operations.
