Job summary
A well-known retail chain in Malton is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive team motivation and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role, you will support the Store Manager, lead by example, and foster a positive team environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in personal and team development.
