Job summary
A regional business services provider is seeking an experienced Interim Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day FM operations in Northampton. The candidate should have proven facilities management experience and strong skills in stakeholder and contractor management. You will act as the primary contact for stakeholders and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This interim role is for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of extension. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management.
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under time constraints.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities services and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent communication and service.
- Support planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
