Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients to ensure smooth policy management.
• Ensure appropriate renewal income from the portfolio.
• Explore opportunities to expand income from existing clients.
• Win new group risk business through referral channels.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with business standards and KPIs.
• Report on renewal income and new business figures.
