Job summary
A leading organic food company in Buckfastleigh is seeking a Production Team Manager to oversee the dispatch process and lead a team. You will ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with a background in production operations. This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of £38,032 per annum and a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme.
