Fire Stopping Supervisor – Complii

Bring your supervisory expertise to a dynamic fire protection team as a Fire Stopping Supervisor at Complii, operating across the East Midlands and Yorkshire. This full‑time, permanent role blends onsite engineering support with client‑facing responsibilities, delivering high‑quality, compliant installations.

Base Pay Range

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000, depending on experience.

Benefits include 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, regular pay reviews, travel time paid after the first hour, a private pension scheme, and a company van with all tools provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of fully compliant fire‑stopping solutions in line with manufacturers’ guidance and third‑party accreditation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and full traceability.
  • Manage a team of fire stoppers, providing ongoing onsite training, technical guidance, performance oversight and hands‑on support to drive quality, efficiency and professional development.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times by enforcing health & safety systems, carrying out daily checks, identifying risks early, and ensuring all team members follow correct procedures.
  • Deliver detailed progress updates, compliance checks, health & safety reports, and photographic documentation to head office and the Operations Manager.
Experience Required
  • Proven background in the fire‑stopping industry with technical knowledge of passive fire protection systems, installation methods, compliance requirements, and practical site constraints.
  • Experience in site supervision: coordinating work, leading teams, and upholding high installation standards while problem‑solving and adapting to changing conditions.
  • Comfortable using smart devices, apps, or digital reporting tools for logging work, recording evidence, completing compliance documentation and supporting effective communication.
  • Holder of a valid CSCS card, demonstrating the capability to work safely and follow industry standards.
