About the role

The Venue Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the cleaning shift of our public areas and entertainment venue across the resort.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, tasks and objectives carried out by the team.
  • Lead and monitor team members cleaning entertainment venues after shows, toilets, moving furniture, and high-level cleaning using industrial equipment.
  • Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key metrics related to Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach.
  • Conduct quality control checks, analyse reports, and lead feedback discussions.
  • Implement and oversee the initial 90-day program for new team members and manage all personnel‑related activities from onboarding to performance management.
  • Ensure team meets health and safety regulations and brand standards.
About You

We're looking for someone who can ensure the delivery of our cleaning standards while driving improvements in both Guest and Employee NPS. You'll be responsible for conducting quality control checks and leading feedback conversations, and effectively executing the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Ensure strict adherence to CAFF standards, stay informed about NPS scores, take proactive steps to improve scores and reduce guest complaints, provide training and support to team, set clear objectives and PDPs, support team surveys, lead action plans.
