Job description

Nobody’s Child is for the free thinkers, the dreamers, and the go-getters. Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people that embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join our Windsor Store in a flexible full-time capacity. As a key team member and brand ambassador, you’ll bring exceptional customer service, live our values every day, and inspire others to do the same. You’ll help lead a passionate in-store team, drive performance, and deliver a memorable shopping experience rooted in kindness, confidence, and conscious fashion.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
  • Deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience where every customer feels welcomed, valued, and inspired — because being kind is how we connect.
  • Lead by example to drive sales, maximise customer interactions, and encourage upselling and cross‑selling in a way that feels authentic.
  • Share product knowledge and sustainability stories with confidence — showing optimism for a better future in fashion.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a positive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Help train, onboard, and develop new team members, embedding our values into everything they do.
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues to be confident, creative, and customer‑focused — empowering them to be brave and take initiative.
  • Act as Duty Manager when senior management is absent, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication with the Area Manager.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
  • Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is clean, beautifully presented, and on‑brand.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory management with agility and attention to detail.
  • Support till operations, including handling refunds and end‑of‑day closing procedures.
  • Keep fitting rooms and till areas tidy, organised, and customer‑ready at all times.
  • Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • A passion for sustainable fashion and Nobody’s Child’s mission.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and people management skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to be kind, brave, agile, and optimistic in everything you do.

If this sounds like your next opportunity, please apply and we will be in touch!
