This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

You will play a key role in applying computational and mathematical methods to solve a wide range of complex and engaging modelling and data analysis challenges across the company.

• Providing real‑time, data‑driven support to Race Team engineers and drivers to optimise car setup and tyre usage for maximum performance
• Determining optimal pit stop laps to enhance race strategy
• Modelling aerodynamic forces in a five‑dimensional space using noisy data
• Automating the analysis of competitor GPS data to estimate engine power and other performance metrics

We are looking to enhance our talented team with an individual who is educated to degree level or equivalent within Engineering or a STEM subject. You will have a confident background within coding and it would be an advantage to have experience with Python or Matlab.

We need someone who is self‑motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision‑maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem‑solving.
