Building Services Manager
Job summary
A leading construction firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Building Services Manager to support their Eastern Construction team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing M&E design and installations, managing subcontract partners, and ensuring the quality of large building services packages worth over £10M. Responsibilities
- Support the Eastern Construction team with building services expertise.
- Collate project reports and summarize for the Project Lead.
- Manage M&E packages and review technical submittals from subcontractors.
- Ensure installation quality and oversee commissioning management.
Skills

As a Building Services Manager you'll be working within the Eastern Construction team, supporting them in providing building services expertise to the wider business across projects from tender to delivery and commissioning stages.
- Collate the team's Project reports and provide a summary report to the Project Lead relating to the projects that your team has supervised
- Assist in Design Management for M&E Packages
- Review Technical Submittals from sub-contractors
- Co-ordination of M&E Services on sites in conjunction with project teams
- Checking Installation Quality
- Commissioning Management and sign off
This role of Building Services Manager is great for you if:
