A leading property development company is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost management support across cladding remediation and other construction initiatives. We are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor who will provide commercial and cost management support across a wide range of schemes, including cladding remediation, cost planning for upcoming developments, and other construction‑led initiatives. Working closely with the Commercial Director and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in monitoring cost performance, mitigating commercial risk, and ensuring best value across the project lifecycle.
This role offers great visibility within the business and the opportunity to contribute to both live project delivery and early‑stage strategic planning. It will suit an established PQS seeking progression or an SQS who wants project diversity and direct influence over commercial outcomes.
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be a commercially astute, organised, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities and operate across different workstreams. They will demonstrate strong technical knowledge and cost management skills, with proven experience in residential or mixed‑use construction environments.
