A global technology company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Solutions Manager to lead finance solutions across Northern Europe. This role requires strong relationship management and a demonstrated background in vendor finance. You will drive finance penetration, support sales teams, and promote innovative financial solutions. Ricoh Capital Europe (RCE) is a vital part of Ricoh’s EMEA operations, contributing around 30% of annual trading profit. Operating in 17 European countries, we drive Ricoh’s strategy to generate annuity revenue. As part of our continued transformation, we are seeking a Financial Solutions Manager to lead finance solutions across the Northern region (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium) across all portfolios: Print, Workplace (AV & Lockers), and IT.
Reporting to the New Business Director, this newly created role is central to expanding Ricoh Capital’s presence in Northern Europe. You will be responsible for driving finance penetration, developing “as-a-service” models, educating local sales teams, and generating business from both operating companies and acquisitions. Your expertise in captive or vendor finance will help shape innovative, profitable, and compliant financial solutions for Ricoh customers.
Drive finance penetration across all portfolios and territories, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Promote “as-a-service” and managed service models to drive annuity revenue.
Minimise reliance on cash by educating sales teams on cash vs. lease, TCO, and annuity-led approaches.
Maximise Ricoh Capital funding while managing approved third-party funder relationships where required.
Support sales teams in structuring and presenting deals, including pricing and deal design.
Integrate Ricoh Capital solutions into bid processes and become a trusted part of local bid teams.
Track and report sales engagement, penetration, and market feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Ricoh Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in captive or vendor finance, leasing, or business development.
Skills: Strong relationship management, deal structuring, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of leasing operations, IT/print/workplace financing, “as-a-service” models, multi-country finance propositions, and TCO concepts.
Personal Attributes: High energy, strategic and tactical thinker, creative problem solver, empathetic, and able to influence cross-cultural teams.
