Digital Health System Support Engineer – 13781
Job summary
A technology service provider in Norwich seeks a candidate with excellent customer service skills and an IT background. The role requires an IT Degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of computer networking, and effective communication skills. Applicants should be comfortable working independently and possess a valid driving license, as travel will be required to support other locations. The contract is with a government client, running until March 31, 2026, with weekly shifts.
Qualifications
- Candidates must excel in customer service and work independently.
- Understanding of the IT systems lifecycle is essential.
- Good knowledge of current technology developments and standards is required.
Skills
Education
£19.33 per hour (Direct Engagement)
Norfolk/Norwich - Monday to Friday shifts May include occasional weekend work. Participating in the offsite rota, travelling, and supporting other locations – a full driving license is required for this role.
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: ASAP till 31/03/2026
Clearance: DBS
- Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work on their own initiative.
- IT Degree /HND or Equivalent Experience
- Experience of the IT systems lifecycle
- Outgoing with effective communication skills
- Good understanding of computer networking techniques and their application
- Abreast of current technology developments, standards, and their applications
- Experience of working with third party suppliers
- Recognised management and/or informatics qualification
