Job summary

A digital health company in London is seeking a Specialist Nurse to support digital services for patients with chronic weight-related conditions. The position involves remote patient consultations and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Ideal candidates should be UK-based with NMC registration and experience in weight management or diabetes. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in working in weight management, diabetes and/or general practice settings.
  • Proven experience of active prescribing independent medications.
  • Demonstrable experience of participation in clinical governance or quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote patient consultations within the weight management service.
  • Manage patients prescribed GLP‑1 and related medications, including initiation and ongoing monitoring.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement.

Skills

UK-based, with NMC registration
Experience in weight management
Independent Prescriber qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of participation in safeguarding activities
Confidence with remote consulting
