A leading construction solutions provider in Poole is looking for a Document Controller to oversee document management for projects. You will ensure timely processing and distribution of documentation according to standards. Candidate must exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to improving workflows. Full training will be provided, and the role is office-based.

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our Engineering team, taking full ownership of the document control function for allocated projects. This includes accurate processing and coordination of documentation through Bourne Engineering’s systems, in alignment with VS EN ISO 19650-2 (BIM) standards and our broader digitalisation strategy.
Your day-to-day activities will involve operating a variety of internal and external document management systems, as required by individual project needs. Timeliness and accuracy are key in this role.
