The IT and Digital Services Graduate will undertake a 22‑month defined programme which will blend formal learning and practical experience, which will contribute to the delivery of the digital IT strategy, software, and application development.

• A degree/apprenticeship degree in a relevant area such as Security, Infrastructure, Data or IT.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of data protection and security within IT and Digital Services.
• The ability to identify, analyse and interpret relevant data from a variety of sources to develop well‑informed, effective solutions.
• Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values, which can be found below.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post‑graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.

We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
