Partner Platform Enablement Manager - London, Full‑time, In office 4 days/week

Join a fast moving and innovative team that is reshaping how businesses adopt embedded payments at scale.

Work in a can do, fearless, winner focused environment where you will take ownership, build new capabilities and make a visible impact from day one.

Play a hands‑on role in launching Modulr’s next generation partner enablement model, giving you the opportunity to shape programs, tools and experiences with a global reach.

If so, we would love to hear from you!

Who We Are

Our vision is a world where all businesses are powered by embedded payments. Modulr enables businesses, from SMEs to Enterprise, initially across the UK and Europe to efficiently pay‑in, collect and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes, accounts, and card products. Find out more about us on our website and careers site.

What You’ll Do

The Partner Platform Enablement Manager plays a critical role in enabling Modulr’s accountancy, payroll and platform partners to successfully onboard, train and activate their SME customers at scale. This role is focused on building partner readiness, delivering structured enablement programs and ensuring that our partners have the tools, training and content they need to drive adoption of Business Payments, Payroll and AP products.

You will work closely with Partner Relationship Managers, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and the ImpartnerPRM platform team to ensure partners are fully equipped to commercialise Modulr. This is a delivery focused role responsible for helping us scale SME growth through better partner activation.

Core Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
  • Lead the complete partner onboarding experience using the PRM platform for registration, approval, training, certification and referral workflows.
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for Referral and Resell partners, ISV partners, and Consultants.
  • Maintain and update all partner‑facing enablement content, including training decks, demo scripts, technical playbooks, FAQ libraries, compliance materials, and product guides.
  • Build and manage partner certification tracks to validate readiness for selling and integrating Modulr services.
PRM & Technical Tooling Management
  • Own configuration and day‑to‑day operation of the PRM platform.
  • Liaise with Product, RevOps, Finance and Engineering to ensure data quality, workflow optimisation, and technical compatibility between systems.
  • Monitor PRM usage and proactively improve UX, workflow efficiency, and partner adoption.
Partner Engagement & Performance Tracking
  • Track partner onboarding progress, training completion, portal usage, referral activity, and overall engagement.
  • Maintain dashboards and health metrics (SME penetration, activation rates, revenue per SME, time‑to‑first referral).
  • Identify friction points and collaborate with PRMs, Product, and Integration teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain an active partner feedback loop to inform roadmap and enablement enhancements.
Content, Communications & Co‑Marketing
  • Work with Marketing and Product Marketing to develop co‑branded partner materials, partner campaigns, event toolkits, and landing pages.
  • Produce high‑quality enablement assets for Business Payments, Payroll, AP, Travel, and platform integrations.
  • Ensure that all content, product updates, new release notes, partner comms, etc., are distributed consistently through PRM and other channels.
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Program Evolution
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting and Integration teams to ensure technical readiness and smooth onboarding for platform partners.
  • Coordinate closely with Product to incorporate feature updates, new workflows, or technical enhancements into partner enablement tracks.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to maintain attribution models and partner performance analytics.
  • Lead continuous improvement of partner lifecycle processes, certification paths, and enablement programs.
Who You Are

What you’ll need

  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
  • 5‑7 years’ experience in partner enablement, channel operations, sales enablement, partner success, or similar roles in SaaS, fintech, or tech.
  • Strong familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Impartner, HubSpot, 6sense, Crossbeam, Zendesk, PRM platforms, or related technology.
  • Experience managing or administering PRM, LMS, or partner‑facing platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain high‑quality enablement content and structured training materials.
  • Strong analytical capability, able to interpret performance data, surface insights, track partner metrics, and recommend actions.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts and adapt messages for different audiences.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and experience delivering programs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with B2B payments, fintech, accountancy or payroll ecosystems preferred.
What We Offer You
  • Share Options – We offer a Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation.
