Senior Commercial Analyst
Ebury São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
The role is critical for supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth. The analyst will work closely with local leadership and regional offices across Brazil, alongside our Ebury Connect team reporting into HQ in London, UK.
What you’ll do
- Sales Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance;
- Ebury Connect Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the Ebury Connect platform, specifically tracking key integration methods (APIs, ERP connectors, SFTP/H2H) and the uptake of local Brazilian payment rails such as PIX within the platform;
- Sales Process Optimisation: Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting;
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and cross‑selling/up‑selling, with a focus on opportunities for Ebury Connect penetration;
- Product Insights & Feedback: Utilize data from Ebury Connect to identify user friction points, suggest enhancements for the local Brazilian offering, and provide commercial feedback to product and technology teams regarding platform usability and features;
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support;
- Sales Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with the technology team to implement appropriate tools;
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales acceleration initiatives with overall business objectives.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a sales/product analyst or similar role, preferably within the fintech Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems;
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead‑to‑revenue lifecycle;
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies;
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills;
