Job summary

A consulting firm in Greater London is seeking a contract expert for SAP Datasphere testing. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of HR processes, particularly in recruitment and payroll, and have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs. • Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.
• Semantic modelling and business layer design.

HR Domain Knowledge for Testing

• Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.
• Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.

SuccessFactors Integration for Testing

• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
• Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.

Data Management on Testing

• Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.
• Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.

Other Skills

• SQL, Data Modelling best practices.
• Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
