In this role, you will oversee campaign strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and inspire marketing talent. This role is core to our strategy, aimed at developing and delivering customer‑focused communications consistent with the Boots brand purpose, that drive growth and brand health. This is a leadership role for someone ready to build, grow and deliver real change. As a key member of the Business Unit leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Marketing plan for your area, in support of the Beauty strategy. On top of this, the role also plays a key leadership position in the Marketing function, driving best practice and new ideas across the total function.
