Role Title: Corporate Events Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Manchester (hybrid working available)

What will you be doing?
Customer experience and programme
  • Deliver a programme of corporate events, aligned with our priorities.
  • Manage partner, sponsor, and VIP relationships across corporate and major events, working closely with relationship managers across the business.
Content and venue delivery
  • Programming speakers, rider appearances, and commercial storytelling.
  • Lead the operational delivery and manage the P&L of corporate events.
Event enhancements
  • Lead on build schedules, access management, and event H&S compliance with specific procured suppliers
Measurement and reporting
  • Collect feedback, measuring ROI, and reporting outcomes.
Venue and infrastructure ownership
  • Source, shortlist, and secure venues for corporate events, meetings, and hospitality activations.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to lead teams.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • A team player with a passion for sports and an ability to motivate others.
  • Self-motivated and dynamic personality with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.
  • Attention to detail, reliable and discrete.
  • Experience of successfully working in a politically and commercially sensitive environment.
  • Ability to develop relevant contacts, to facilitate collaboration and capture emerging best practice.
  • Have strong supervisory skills and be experienced in motivating and developing delivery partners.
  • Display a high degree of computer proficiency.
