A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor in London. In this role, you will manage projects and undertake various surveys while maintaining client relations. Applicants must be Chartered Building Surveyors with strong contract administration and project management skills. The role involves overseeing project quality and conducting condition surveys, ensuring compliance with legislation, and supporting junior staff. Qualifications
- Demonstrated awareness of current Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience with Dilapidations and Due Diligence Survey Work.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface for projects between clients and contractors.
- Undertake various types of survey work, including condition and dilapidation surveys.
- Manage and motivate junior team members.
