Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on various project types including hospitals, defence, and technical buildings.
• Track record of delivering construction projects over £50m in relevant building types.
• Demonstrable experience with NEC3 & 4 contracts.

• Manage relationships with Consultant Designers and oversee project execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and health and safety regulations.
