Within this function, the Product Specialist team is dedicated to launching new products and plays a critical role throughout the fundraising cycle. The team works closely with sales professionals across geographies and investment teams, acting as a bridge between the two.The Product Specialist team in London and New York is made up of nine professionals, dedicated to Ardian’s Secondaries & Primaries, Private Credit, and North America Buyout activities. The individual will be based in London, presenting an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly dynamic group within a leading private investment firm.**Job Responsibilities:**Key responsibilities of the Product Specialist Analyst will include:* **Marketing Materials:** Prepare, design, and update various marketing and fund materials, including teasers, presentations, and FAQs* **Due Diligence & Fundraising Process:** Aid prospective investors through the fundraising cycle by handling investor queries, completing due diligence questionnaires, and coordinating with internal teams across offices to deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses* **Market Mapping:** Conduct market research, screen competitors, and analyze fundraising trends.* Produce reporting presentations, draft talking points, and contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed**Specialised business and technical knowledge:*** Demonstrated ability to produce compelling investor materials using Excel, Word and PowerPoint* Strong interest in the private equity industry; good knowledge and/or prior relevant experience in finance/private equity* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Highly motivated, extremely detail-oriented, and well-organized* Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines* Strong team player and solid project management capabilities**Education and Experience:*** Graduated from a leading business school or university (Master’s degree and/or major in finance would be a plus)* Native-level English speaker or bi-lingual required**Communication Scope:*** Strong collaboration within the team and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various internal teams across the organization, including Sales, Investment, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Fund Finance.**Regulatory Responsibilities:****Conduct Rule Staff*** Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the role* Understand the Individual Conduct Rules set out by the UK Regulator and ensure compliance in letter and in spiritAt ARDIAN, we are proud of our diverse culture.
