A grassroots charity in Glasgow is seeking an organised and experienced Freelance Admin Manager to support daily administration. This role involves collaborating closely with the Artistic Director and offering essential administrative support, compliance oversight, and volunteer coordination. Ideal candidates will possess strong organisational skills, communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive practices. The position offers £18 per hour for 8 hours a week, with potential for extension and a hybrid working model.
We are seeking an organised and experienced Admin Manager on a Freelance basis to support the Charity's daily administration.
Fee: £18.00 per hour
Hours: 8 hours per week
Contract: Freelance / Self-Employed
Duration: January 2026 – June 2026 (6 months initially with the possibility of extension)
Location: One day weekly in person at our office in Govan, plus remote hours as required.
Responsible To: Artistic Director
LOOP Theatre is a Glasgow-based grassroots charity providing creative opportunities for adults with complex additional support needs. We deliver weekly arts workshops and performance projects in Govan and the East End. Our approach is person‑centred and strengths‑based, focused on creating supportive and inclusive environments for participants who often face barriers linked to disability, poverty, or social isolation.
The Admin Manager plays a central role in ensuring LOOP Theatre SCIO runs smoothly across day‑to‑day operations. Working closely with the Artistic Director, they provide essential administrative, organisational, and communication support.
