Job summary
A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Bank Care Team Leader to enhance the lives of residents through personalized attention and strong management skills. This role requires a minimum of two years in social care and qualifications at QCF level 2 and 3. You will be responsible for companionship, personal care assistance, medication administration, and collaborating with health professionals in a supportive environment. - Minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
- At least 2 years' experience in social care.
- Qualified to QCF level 2.
- Qualified to level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience in a care home setting.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and engagement with residents.
- Assist residents with personal care.
- Ensure residents can live independently.
- Plan and participate in social activities.
- Support medication administration.
- Manage relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with health and social care professionals.
