Act as a senior decision-maker in complex safeguarding and child protection matters.
Support, supervise, and develop Team Managers through coaching, performance management, and reflective supervision.

Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Play a key role in inspection readiness, governance, and continuous improvement activity.
