A council health service provider in Bath is seeking a Bank Catering Assistant to help deliver food and support dining services across two locations. Work across any of our two sites in Bath and Midsomer Norton on a bank/casual basis.
Experience, skills, and abilities needed for role:
- Assisting with transportation and delivery of food across from our kitchen.
- Washing and drying of catering equipment/crockery.
- Supporting the team with serving food and drink to service users and others as directed by other team members.
- Cleaning of dining and kitchen space.
- Setting up of the dining space.
- Ensuring the provision of enough supplies of clean crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils for each meal service.
- Effective communication with care staff, service users and visitors.
- Proactive team player who can work on own initiative and without supervision.
