Salary £30-£50,000 + Bonus

Supports study for ACL
Working in a team of 5 the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of handling volume drafting and consistently achieving high value cost recoveries. This position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in a bonus-driven environment and are eager to maximise their earnings while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Drafting and negotiating legal costs, ensuring timely and precise submission
- Utilising Proclaim and CostsMaster software to manage caseloads effectively
- Handling Housing Disrepair (HDR) claims, with prior experience preferred
- Working autonomously to meet recovery targets within required timeframes
- Collaborating with solicitors to optimise case outcomes
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in costs drafting
- Ideally proficiency in Proclaim and CostsMaster software
- Prior exposure to Housing Disrepair (HDR) cases is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume drafting and cost recovery
- Bonus-driven mindset, with a strong focus on financial performance
